Lung Monitoring Device

Lung monitoring for COPD patients at home or in clinical settings

COPD is a disease that can adversely affect a patient’s quality of life. Monitoring the assessed condition is therefore essential. There is no reliable way to monitor COPD patients at home. DeebBreeze’s novel technology allows just that. We created a home monitoring device. We run IEC-60601 safety and EMC tests. Several patents have been filed to protect the IP. We got the CE mark for the device.

X-Ray imager

Cost effective tomosytesys imager

As a result of Nanox technology, a new X-ray tube can be produced. Based on our market research, we chose a cost-effective tomosynthesis imager as the best product to penetrate the market. Our scanner was designed, built, and operated reliably. We designed the unique scanner geometry, built it on time, and developed novel reconstruction algorithms, resulting in several patents and a conference presentation. The regulatory path was also designed by us. We built the first device that was cleared by 510K as part of this effort.

This enhances patient care, facilitates comprehensive record keeping, and allows seamless collaboration among medical professionals.

Artcybe’s contribution to this field was a significant cost reduction for the Orex CR reader. This reader has since been purchased by renowned companies such as Carestream and Kodak. We achieved this through the introduction of an improved electronic design, enhancing affordability, efficiency and reliability of the device. As a result, this essential diagnostic tool is now within the reach of a broad spectrum of healthcare providers. This contributes to improved healthcare outcomes across the board.

As part of our extensive involvement, we guided these products through rigorous regulatory evaluations and clearance procedures, including those of the FDA in the United States, AMAR in Israel, and the Korean FDA.

As a result, we did not only comply with regulatory requirements; we also improved the product’s overall functionality. This strategic blend of compliance and innovation underscores our commitment to pushing the boundaries of healthcare technology. We integrated key features designed to enhance user experience and elevate product usability.
